 Thank you for your continued support of the PTSA.

 

 

Attention Parents, Teachers and Students:

  • Please join us at our meetings on the first Wednesday of each month (except Dec.) at 6:30 PM in Room A107.

 

  • Please consider joining us for the 2010-2011 school year.  We are always welcoming new members.

The cost of joining the PTSA is

$10 for parents and students and

$7 for teachers.

 

 

 


Annual Fall Flea Market

 

This wonderful event will be held on October 30, 2010 in the Cafeteria from 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM.  The Fall Flea Market benefits our senior scholarship fund. 

 

  • Space available for vendors.  Reserve now at $15 per space.  Anyone interested or with questions please call Theresa @ 410-865-7525.
  • Those arriving between 8-9 AM will be charged a $2 early bird fee.

Classroom Rewards

 

North County High School is participating in the Food Lion "Classroom Rewards" program, designed to help our school earn much  needed funds.

Monthly Chili's Night
 

 

The PTSA will be hosting a Chili's event once a month.  The first Chili's Night will be held on September 9, 2010 so it won't conflict with Back To School Night. 

 

The regular dates for Chili's Night will remain the first Thursday of every month.  Chili's will donate 20% of the sale on "Give Back Day" with presentation of this flyer.
 


 

Driving School at NCHS

 

If you are looking for convenience in getting your drivers license  then Easy Method Driving School offers classroom instruction here at North County after school from 2:15 to 5:30p.m.
 

To register for the course you can do one of the following:

1. Pick up application in the Main office.

2. Phone in registration, with credit card (410) 461-9090

3. Fax in registration, with credit card (410) 461-1079

4. Online registration at www.easymethoddrivingschool.com

 

A portion of each payment will go to North County High School PTSA.

PTSA Scholarships

 

The PTSA has a scholarship program open to graduating seniors. One of the requirements is that the student or parent of applicant, be a current member of the NCHS PTSA. Applications for these scholarships are available in the Counseling Office in the spring of the graduating year.

 


 

CAC Meetings (Citizen Advisory Committee)


These meetings are held on the forth Thursday of each month at the Board of Education on Riva Road in Annapolis. All concerned citizens are invited.

 


 

The Mission of the PTSA is Threefold:

 

  1. To support and speak on behalf of children and youth in the schools, in the community, and before government bodies and other organizations that make decisions affecting children;
  2. To assist parents in developing the skills they need to raise and protect their children; and
  3. To encourage parent and public involvement in the public schools of this nation.
